Orders and Payments

By placing an order, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products. A purchase contract is concluded only once an order confirmation email has been sent by Happy Paws.

The payment methods available are those presented during the checkout process.

In cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, or misuse of discount codes, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is complete and accurate.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, product availability, and shipping provider. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events, customs procedures, strikes, or natural disasters, cannot be guaranteed against.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Customer upon successful delivery.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Our withdrawal and return procedures comply with all applicable legal requirements. Customers within the European Union, including Germany, are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
